Seriously, a spammer?

Hi, thanks for looking into my report and clearing up some outrageous unwanted material. I am not very happy along with others, about being called Vile, stupid, liar, ill educated, disgusting and nothing short of bullying and threatening behaviour, which are serious personal attacks against forum rules from a certain member(robbiep) that has a history of it and been reported numerous times before. Can you assure me this has been dealt with on an individual level please?

I have never felt the need to report someone before but he displays personal insults and outrageous behaviour.

Hello. Is it possible to change my email address please. My email that I use is already registered here back in 2010 but sadly the system would not send me a username or password rest...tried many times but never got an email but the system won't let me reuse that email.

Absolutely absurd that folks are getting scammed and admins are doing NOTHING.
