At first I thought the thread was going to be about pulling up to car meets

I read the title and said interesting question, let me see what this thread and comments are about lol.
Pull ups, I do them 2 times a week on my back/Bicep days, its my first exercise 5x10-12. Im 40. I also play golf 4-5 times a week and do hot yoga 6 times a week so not sure if that helps or will eventually hurt

PS I also like doing farmers walks, someone told me years ago its a good idea to counter when you do a lot of pulls ups with them so I do. Not sure if its sound advice or not but so far so good
