these are sometimes emotional purchases but you put the i5 and the m5 in the side profile you can't tell the difference and that's not even considering the interior.

Heh I mean technically you’re correct since the m2 was the last one that released, I think
I remember a few years ago BMW hosted a track event at Laguna Seca that included some laps in their M lineup at the time. I’ve driven that track a number of times over the years in my own cars as it’s local to me, so not totally unfamiliar. I drove a G82 first, and followed that with some laps in an F90 comp. The G82 felt stable, predictable, and had exceptional turn-in and grip up front. It felt perfectly at home, and they were running them all day long. It left such an impression on me that I ordered mine later that afternoon
