I used to own a 1997 E36 328I sport with the manual 20 years ago was getting ready to trade it for a E36 M3 and bought a Subaru Wrx sti instead. Since then i have been thinking about a E36 M3 i should of bought one 10years ago when they were cheap

Fast Forward to today i have the means to buy one a decent one that doesnt need much cosmetically seems to start around 20k not as worried as much about mechanicals because i am very good mechanically and they are pretty easy to work on

So the question is spending 20k on a E36 M3 a decent idea for a F80 owner or am I just blinded by nostalgia
