The question is why they did not offer those extras as options?!
I’m happy CCBs are not standard as I wouldn’t want to have been forced to pay an extra €10,500 for them, had it been baked into a higher MSRP.

As for other options:

I reckon every part needs to go through rigorous testing, type certification etc.

They decided what they needed to launch when they did and ensured suppliers could deliver and focussed on that.

Other stuff will come along and be added to the options list as time passes.

Personally, I’m happy massage seats and soft close are not on the car as standard as I either have or have had them on other cars and don’t value them.
