Where the wheel sits in relation to the axis the steering rotates around is called the scrub radius, but a 12mm spacer adjusts this by such a tiny amount it should make little to no difference.

Now if this were a Porsche with an RWB kit where you are pushing the wheels 3” further out then yes, but with this small of an adjustment there isn’t much to worry about. Anything for this vehicle will be a well engineered “hubcentric” spacer that should have zero difference in handling or ride quality/vibrations.
