So we go back and forth between FL and NC. FL is my state of residence since I live in FL more than 6 months of the year. I have 2 cars I keep in NC that are registered there, but my drivers license is from FL and the car we take back and forth and the one we mainly drive up there has FL plates. Never even been pulled over. Also been driving the truck with NC plates here in FL the past few months as I needed to bring it down to move some stuff. No issues either. Then again in FL they would be pulling a LOT of people over if they just went after out of state plates.
