low dust brakes for G90 M5

With about 200 miles in the seat with the new G90, brakes are traditional BMW. They looked like I went for a hard track day...black wheels turned drk brown from brake dust.

Purchased a set of isweep 1500s and expect them to act like they did for my 2024 X5M. Better biting, zero noise, no seating procedure, and zero dust (like CCB equivalent).

The struggle is for rears. It appears that BMW used the XM set up for rear brakes, so no low/no dust options from isweep as of yet....and stock, they are just as bad as fronts; dust everywhere!

From what I can tell, r33_RGSport is the only source that has the fronts in stock, and they are by far the best pricing available. They were also the source to confirm the rear brakes are XM config.

put 200 miles on them since the swap. They are as expected - dust is gone. Gloss black wheels look like I just washed them. These things are SO worth the price. Just hoping isweep releases the rear version soon!

Would you recommend 1500s or 2000s for daily driving? I'm at 800 miles and already squealing.

My personal favorite is IS2000. A bit more dust than IS1500, but better bite.
Amount of sales between the two on all M platform F97/F98 X3M/X4M, F95/F96 X5M/X6M, G8x M2/M3/M4, and F9x M5/M8 is close to tie. So, it is down to your preference.

I think it depends. With our cars we have the crossed drilled rotors so the stopping power of the i1500 is solid (better than OEM). I believe if you don't have that, you need to opt for the i2000 pads to get the performance from them.

Any word on the rear iSWEEP - looks like the G90 brakes also fit the XM and 760.
