When I asked the dealer a couple months ago what was taking so long for HEA cars to come in, they said BMW was holding them at VPC for this issue.

When I asked my dealer about this, they are telling me my G90 M5 VIN is not on this recall.

My HEA M5 was in the recall, and the part replacement was done prior to release Nov 29 (it could not be cleared until done). That said, I still have issues and the M5. Its out of commission for at least 3 weeks, needs a new lithium battery, and they are stilling researching power-fault / steering issues (it gives the "Increased steering effort..." error when its outside sitting for a few hours below 5F / -15C).
