easy. you pay a lower premium for shit service. the coverages are there, but when you have an issue, you call an 800 number and talk to a random representative.

Yup, super low mileage and fully restore...I know it's a bit high but been looking at an E30 for a long time...E30 M3's are low $20K all the way up to $30K (fully restore, low mileage) nowadays...

you agent told you you're house won't be rebuilt? whaaaaaat?

first, take a look at your policy. is it replacement cost value, or actual cash value? any coinsurance requirements? special causes of loss or basic? report back with some more inforamtion..

is the dwelling value enough to rebuild your home? if not, make your agent aware of this.
