Abs is all food bro. I have a full six pack and v lines all connecting muscles and obliques exposed. I'm also under 5% BF and I eat like a beast(healthy, frequent, lots of protein). Genetics + proper diet + hard work. Theres honestly no short cut unless you starve yourself and loose muscle. Some good ab stuff http://www.simplyshredded.com/ check it out.
I've had a belly when i'm bulking and somehow my abs will still somewhat show lol.. |

Getting that layer of fat off on top is the key thing.

Get the fat off your body; with some light ab exercises but mostly it's the fat that hides it.
Unless someone is the same body type and body weight as you don't listen to their diet plan; even then genetics is different. You need your own based on your own body type and what not. To give you an example I'm 6'3" you think I could use someone's diet plan who is only 5'7"? Hell no I probably burn more calories just sitting on the couch all day than they do in an entire day with exercise. |

Hi XYR,
Great six pack short cuts link and very informative video. But are these shortcut abs long lasting? Like to share some effective workouts for abs, do make set of these exercises for desired results. Crunches, renegade dumbbell rows, reverse crunches, front squats with barbell and side bridge.
