what other manner ? if ussr wanted to take over usa they could do it, they had freaking ballistic (usa didn't have them) MISSLES IN CUBA pointing at usa and usa didn't do sh!t about it.... not to mention migs dominating the skyes... so which every other manner you speak of ? lemme guess, you also think usa won ww2 right ?
