Half.com problem, anybody had experience?

So I bought this Chemistry book from a seller in FL, he never shipped it out nor gave me a refund. So I filed a claim, and its been about a month now but I have not heard from Half.com ever since. What do I do? Anybody had to file a claim at half.com? Please advise. i am totally lost

BTW its about $120 I'm talking about so I can't let it go

Contact half.com and ask for an update of your situation, or dispute the charge with your credit card company.

But "You may not contact the seller or submit a Buyer Protection Policy Claim to Half.com if you have instructed your credit card company to charge back the disputed item. Buyers who go though their credit card company to dispute a charge may loose their privilege to buy or sell on Half.com."

Yeah I was reading the same thing about credit card, so far I have 8 reatings 100%, so I don't want to loose that
