More than likely. Bigger parrots like that are extremely smart. My family had one like that, but green body with a red head and he said my name, his name, and few other things and wistled several other things. It was kinda cool but he would get really freakin annoying. I'd be sitting watching tv and he would see me and say my name over and over again, he wouldn't stop till I left his sight.

no hes just going off command from his owner, key words get a conditioned response from the bird, notice when he makes a mistkae she doesnt repeat the whole question just a single word that correlates with what she trying to get him to say
its just a trained animal, its not like a monkey thats taught sign language and understands what and why its signing what its signing still pretty awsome though of course |
