I saw that same plane at the Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este 2016. I really did not think it was a working/flyable plane though. I also saw it at the Techno Classica in Essen earlier this year.

Thanks for those amazing shots, i didn't really realize the high quality of materials used and how well put together this plane is...

I know Lufthansa runs the "Junkers 52" on some short flights(less than an hour) around Germany. I think they even run one flight over Munich and the Alps. Personally I would be too scared to go for one of those "flights".
