Found a nearby tower if I can get this at home I may get the 5G home internet and replace spectrum if latency is the same as mm wave. The images loaded super fast.

I'm on Verizon and am considering upgrading my plan and phone.

Problem is, despite living downtown in a medium-sized city, I have only 4G where I live, even according to Verizon's coverage map.

I'm not sure what direction to go.

That may change early next week. Verizon and AT&T will be flipping the switch on their "nationwide" 5G coverage hopefully on 1/18 (barring any other objections by the FAA about aircraft safety), which should increase their 5G coverage in many markets.....

Thanks for the info. That would be nice.

Strangely enough, there is 5G coverage just a mile or two from me, but not where I am. Downtown isn't covered, but suburb areas are. Weird.
