Stealth PPF quotes
I've seen some people did the full stealth expel on the entire car and was wondering how much you all paid? I'm in Austin TX, I been getting quotes ranging from 8k-11k. To me that sounds like too much and maybe it's just the area and they are up charging or maybe I'm just asking the wrong places?
Let me know, thanks! |

Its getting crazy expensive
I brought my G80 to get 2 doors re-wrapped in stealth, the trunk, and my carbon front grille 2500$ I paid $7,200.00 for my G80 to be fully wrapped in stealth + ceramic tints + ceramic coating everywhere but that was in October 2021 before the heavy inflation and supply issues |

Thanks for the replies! So I guess the quotes I received aren't too far off then.. I'll have to contact some more places around me to see best price and quality of work. If anyone knows a good place in Austin or near let me know!

Quote $7000 here in north cali for stealth and $6500 for regular full ppf. I dont think you are too off.
Those numbers are with a discount as I brought 3 cars to the detailer the past year |

Take this into consideration:
It definitely can range depending on location. Figure shops in major cities will be more than a shop in a less populated areas. Also clear film manufacturers have raised prices to installers over the last 2 years. In the NYC/NJ/CT most installers will be $6995 plus for a full stealth plus tax. Also make sure to ask the installer if it's pre cut or bulk or hybrid..also if they are removing key ares like door handles, emblems etc. |

Hey I'm in Round Rock! I'm in the same boat looking for full wrap (not stealth). I'm likely going with Pristine Auto Detailing (8k for just ppf need to still talk to them about tints) but waiting to hear back from Xpel Austin.
Little bit of sticker shock for sure but I definitely want full ppf. |

My guy said 8500 for full stealth. I ended up only doing full front. Which is supposed to be 3500.
I got hooked up at 2600 for full front with ceramic tint as well. Kind of crazy thinking that I got "hooked up" and paid near 3000 and didn't even protect the full car.... things are out of hand. |

Chicago area here. Got quotes betwee $7,500 and $13,000 for full stealth. The $13K was a bit high because they assumed the roof. If you have a carbon fiber roof, you won’t want to stealth ppf it. It’s either regular, or skip it.
One thing you’ll want to look into is how well they install the PPF and how much you care. The company that gave the high quote has a great reputation. They make sure the ppf wraps each panel completely, so there’s no seam at the edges. They also remove parts, like the spoiler, so make it seamless. Very much worth it in my opinion. I ended up doing front only for around $3,600. Can share photos of what it looks like seamless and show you some of the other photos on here where there’s a seam. Let me know. |

I haven't asked about door handles. Is this worth doing on the M4?
