Neighbor's car in trouble, general warranty coverage question!

Hey guys, my neighbor has a 04 Suzuki XL-7 and theres something quite wrong with the power steering...would this be in the powertrain warranty usually?

Absolutely.....If its under warranty....it should be covered...No doubts over there!
