Saw an XM on the road today

Quite bulbous and odd looking, even in all black. I know I’m not adding a lot of insight here.

Happy Friday!

I saw a white XM the other day parked and, while I am not a fan, it was not as bad as I expected.

Saw some at the dealer the other day. In black it looks halfway decent, hides some of the weirdness. Although the front will forever be odd. Rear 3/4 view is really nice.

Interior is just too similar to other BMWs in my opinion. I sat inside and it felt like a $90k car not $160k.

Someone in my neighborhood has one, and it looks terrible. Even my wife, who knows nothing about cars, was like eww what is that??

I feel like BMW designers were trying to decide between wanting to copy a Ford Explorer and an Audi or Genesis Q series, then just gave up.

Crazy to think a $90K intetior could feel “inferior” but I get what you mean. From the reviews, the XM inside is very X7 and just not very special.

On the money.

Does this thing at least have a split folding tailgate? If not just 200% nope.
