How are lease prices for XM, IX M60, I5 M60, X6M COMP?

I have another year on my lease (2021 X6M Competition) and was lucky to get it with 0 down at $1,580 a month before the pandemic inflated prices to astronomical proportions. A friend just got a 2022 x5m comp and is paying $2200 a month with $5k down which is just absurd.

For others leasing I am curious what are lease prices for the XM, IX M60, new i5 m60, new 7 series 760, and a new lci x6m comp

You can receive a discount on new XM's. They are not moving. IX have 1% finance right now. 7 Series you can discount also.

Only one of the ones you mentioned you can't is the new X6M or X5M. Those are at sticker or above sticker since extremely limited inventory (especially for the 2024 X5M)

I had a feeling the XM was gonna drop on lease price like crazy. I used to have an i8 coupe and i8 roadster and lease was $1420 with 0 down on the roadster which had an msrp of 172k

I have a feeling by this time next year the XM will have a similar lease price

Yeah, X5 and X6 are a hard pass for me at $2k/month. I had a X5M for $1700/month but got rid of it.

I'm kind of meh on the 7 series.....might wait for the i5 or G90 M5....i5 is obviously going to be the cheapest by far for lots of reasons.....tax credit, MSRP, etc.

Hopefully interest rates go back down....

Lol 0 down, 600ish a month could of gotten one into a loaded x3 or 5 pre covid. Now a down-payment sizable enough is needed to get you under 4 digits for a lease, sadly

Hard to say….the wild card is the tax credit.

I figure 90k car….around 52-53 percent residual….if you can get a 7500 tax credit and another 5-6 percent off like most are offering on the I7….you might be close. Obviously depends on interest rates in 6 months, too.

Here's a thought, save your money and actually own the car that you are driving!

Yup, the IX isn't selling here at my dealership either. The interior is just too bland and the price is way too high. The I4 M50 seems to be a winner though, partially because it has a decent price point.
