Hi all,

F20 116i with the hexagon aluminium interior trim. I don't like the hex-aluminium and want to change it out. My issue is that my dog is likely to scratch the centre console piece (where the idrive mounts) so thinking that piano black is a no go.

So was thinking of wrapping with 3M 2080 Matrix Black. That way if the dog trashes the centre piece then I can rewrap. I have never wrapped anythiung before so going to be a learning experience.

Question is has anyone wrapped the hex aluminium. It's a textured surface and I wonder about adhesion and air bubbles.
