New kid in the freezer: fresh batch of lasagna!

Lasagna and salad, fresh mango for dessert.

Lasagna with bechamel, spinach, mushrooms, onions, ricotta, ground beef and marinara. So good! Homemade bechamel is a game changer - lots of nutmeg!

'Cause Xmas dinner parties and such only days away, gonna do it all over again !?!

Pork chop - Topped w/ garlic, butter, bell pepper
Corn - Sautéd w/onion, scallions
Zucchini - Sautéd w/basil olive oil
Black beans - Diced sweet red peppers

...looking forward to leftovers
