Spacers Talk …

Yes yes I know, buy wheels with the correct offset.

That aside, can someone who has taken delivery do a measurement and see how far the wheels are tucked in so we can figure out how thick the spacers have to be to make the top of the tire flush with the fenders?

What I usually do is drop a string with a weight at the bottom and measure the distance from the outside of the tire.

I’m probably going to be a little more conservative than full flush but we still need the measurements for reference.

I can do this. Where do you plan to get spacers from?

That’s awesome thanks.

I’m not sure where to get them yet. Once we figure out the width then we just need to confirm lug pattern and hub bore and I’m sure we can source them somewhere.

It really only looks like a 5mm gap.

Will be curious to see what others come up with and then see pictures.

Interesting … iirc I had to do 15/10mm on my 19 Comp to get flush.

Yea, I had 15/12mm on my 2019 M5 Comp, purchased from Supreme Power.

Well the good news is that the car is so heavy that it seems to have dropped itself ... so no need to pay for that.

It would still be helpful if someone could confirm stocksure's measurements.

Reviving this thread to see what owners have done. Or if any more measurements have been done.

Does anyone know what the hub bore size is?

I'm pretty sure the bolt pattern os 5x130.

Cool thanks.

Well if the specs are 5x130 with a 66.6 bore, someone should contact motorsport-tech or bonoss and have them send a 5mm hubcentric set to them to try out. Maybe do the measurement again to confirm that it only needs 5mm. I would do it but I don't get the wagon delivered till April. If it really is that thin of a spacer it might not even need extended bolts.

I find that very odd that bmw went from 5x120 to 5x112 on all cars, then XM came out and they made it back to 5x120, except HB stayed the same 66mm.
Now with new G90 they went with 5x130 but again with 66mm hub. Like why 🤯

I'm still waiting to see someone put spacers on the car too. Hoping someone does 15/12mm. I contacted one company about getting different sizes but they don't take returns if the spacer is ever put on the car.

I have ordered from Autoid the only company that I know right now that is selling spacers for the G90! At first everyone thought including my dealer that bmw would stay with the 5x112 and so autoid too after receiving the spacers that contacted me saying that when they tested with their new g90 they realized it was 5x132 with 66.6 centers ! Bimecc is their suppliers so the new ones should be available in 2 weeks ! Btw I have chosen 15mm front and 12 mm rears

I’m surprised at the width you guys are going with given that the only person who’s measured came out that the tires only tuck in 5mm. If so those things are going to stick out a bunch. Has anyone else measured how much tuck their car has?

Prototype hubcentric spacers have just arrived to IND, and we plan to test fit early next week.
