We will have to wait and see if January brings any incentives on the M5’s. I would love to see the $7,500 tax credit that BMW FS gets with a lease passed on.

Hi everyone. I am a few days away from picking up my car

Just wanted people’s thoughts
132k msrp
7500 down
12k miles per year
2180 per month including tax

Does this sound like a deal most people would have gotten their leases around?read a lot of comments but want to make sure I’m not overpaying…

Please provide the entire structure of the lease.

What are your fees and money factor? What's your sales tax

I would avoid putting anything down especially 7500 bucks. If you total the car out in 15 mins you will not get any of that back. Does your down include first month?

That is equal to something roughly $2250 per month!
Enjoy your ride but with this money you could get a 2025 M8 @ +160k after rebates , loyalty and discounts…

M8's are much lower than that. Guy in my office picked up a 2025 M8 Gran Coupe Monday. $158xxx MSRP for $1,645 plus tax ($1,801 including LA County 9.5% tax) on a 39/7500 lease with $4600 Total Drive Off. They have $7500 in rebates right now and since they are slow sellers dealers will discount quite a bit.

Your guy probably has got much higher discount.
On 2025 M8, usually there is 6% off , 6k rebate and 1.5k loyalty. Base MF is also 0.0018.

Lucked into it for sure. I was going to wait a bit but ended up just doing the deed.

I know you have your car already but the deal is replicable for those interested.

Your car is beautiful by the way. MBB is just a perfect color. My f90 was in that shade…it’s stunning.

Ended up going Brooklyn gray which was not even in the running initially. Really wanted to do some shade of purple, but got impatient. lol.

I’ve yet to get the car, but the gray looks cool in pics. Guess I’ll find out in a week or so!

Nice, I think it’s going to look great. I had a Brooklyn grey g80 once, I loved the color. I had originally ordered a storm gray with red black interior but got impatient and fell in love with MBB at first sight.

HI- 7500 down includes all registration fees doc fees, and first months payment. '
they knocked up the MF 40 basis points I guess, to .00265

2180 a month includes the 7.5 sales tax in ohio.

The sales guy over at Westlake got rude and offended when I asked him what money factor he used and the MSD- infarct told me if I tried to change the deal at all- he would change his side of the deal and not have it delivered 75 miles away from where I live in Columbus.

Question is whether this build is special? Did you order it? If not, there are other cars out there and brokers who can get you another car on the ground if you’re open to colors and options.

Basically registration, Aq fee and documents are not exceeding $2500 for this car so the total lease payment of this car is 5000 + 35*2180 =81k !
The residual is 56% or $74k so the total depreciation is $58k.
That means you are paying extra $23k for tax and rent fees.
BTW MF 0.00265 is equal to %6.36 rate.
I think if you want to finance this car, you will be offered much better rate by BMW FINANCE.

Yep, currently a great deal. We’ll see how that ages. Ha.

I’m in Florida; the car will be shipped to me from elsewhere.

I think we saw underwhelming demand for the sedan based on the number that are currently available. If you look for ones for sale online and based on the ones that have 20+ pictures you can be pretty certain that car is available.

Now I think we are seeing something similar with the Touring. I posted that other day that I knew of a Touring allocation available right now at MSRP and got basically zero interest.

My car won’t be here until later in 2025. At that time we will have to see what kind of incentives BMW is allowing on these.
