Combined Gas / Electric Range G90 240 miles??

Hello,

Just received delivery on a fully loaded G90 that I built to order and delivered. The car has like 10 miles on it and the combined range between gas and electric is only 238 miles, with a full tank and 90% charge. My rep, someone who I have bought many cars from, advised it's normal however all literature i've read prior shows 400+ miles. I'm hoping this is because the car is new and range is still being calculated, but this is so bad that I probably wouldn't have bought the car. My company lease on my F90 comp was up months ago and I didn't want to loose my spot with the dealerships first allocation but probably should have reconsider.

To put in context my 24 Cayenne Turbo Gt in full sports plus mode driving like a maniac manages 350 ish miles on a full tank, for a hybrid v8 car with a smaller engine to get 239 miles is insane, and concerning on the highway for long distance trips. I'm hoping this is a mistake and the range will update with driving. Or maybe I have a problem with the specific car.

Cars gorgeous in my opinion and driver way smoother than the 22 comp, but it's def more m7 than m5.. Wish it had massage seats too

anyone have any input on range?

There is no way its only 240 miles. even my X5M gets average 300-350miles.

how many tanks of gas did you run through yet? I'm thinking the computer still needs more data points to calculate miles to empty.

You should see your range increase as you drive the car more. With only 10 miles on the car it has not properly calculated the average MPG.

There is a 16 gallon gas tank, so if doing a lot of highway driving 300+ should not be a problem.

I literally picked it up Friday drove 10 miles on it. I asked the rep if the range was low just because the very reason above the car had to recalculate range etc since it was new, and Im sure was tested in dynamic plus mode etc. She came back and said no the rep who drives it says he gets 250 ish miles, only 400 if he babies it and charges daily. This obviously is scaring me.

I just got my M5 sedan and have driven it about 400 miles. When I fill up the tank fully, it reads 278 miles and an additional 30 miles on electric. So you’re probably looking at something closer to 300 miles. I’m still in the break-in period, so will update as I get past the 1200 mile range.

Full tank, motorway driving, empty battery, my range is estimated at 580km which is around 360 miles.
