Ambient lighting

I’m using my phone as a key and the digital card as a back up in my wallet.

It keeps changing the lighting colours back to indigo or back to white. It will be fine for a few uses then suddenly change. It’s really annoying anyone got the same problem?

I didn't even program my key card, just my phone. its probably switching between saved settings of both devices. Try just having one on you.

I had that problem in the beginning in addition to the honking it does as you step away. I turned the digital key off and no problems

I thought the digital key only works if you tap it, it’s not remote/Bluetooth is it?

You probably have different profiles assigned to different keys?

The vehicle is detecting different keys and assigning different profiles, I suspect.

Remember you have 5 keys potentially:

2x BMW remotes
1x RFID card
1x Smartphone
1x Smartwatch

Aside ensuring you only carry a single key, try changing the profiles to the same settings and see does it cure it.
