Company replaced my 8800 with a Storm - not exactly my choice (however I'm happy with it). Storm has a full QWERTY - just the touch screen isn't going to let me rattle off full emails as quickly but no issue.

Yea it tends to depend on who's in charge and whether they had a bad day or not. My wife dropped her original iphone and the screen cracked. We brought it in 2 weeks after the warranty expired and they still gave us a new one on the spot.
