Who honestly considers a Saab as their first choice when choosing a vehicle?

Hippies with money. People with money who like to be different. People who like turbos who have money who want to be different. At least that was the customer base before GM ruined everything. Saab used to have one of the most fervently loyal customer bases in the whole industry.

I personally like the look of SOME Saabs. Of course some of them look hideous with outrageous amounts of chrome in the front grill. It's too bad they didn't bother making any RWD cars in the later years. Had they had a RWD with LSD and manual tranny, I would have seriously thought about getting it over my 325i. |

saab & volvo's had their appeal before they went from swedish to american. some people still like saab's though. the 9-3 gets one of the best safety crash test ratings and despite being fwd, the aero's 2.8l v6 turbocharged isn't that bad, minimal lag and can be decently fast if you chip that sucker.
