Experience using LeaseTrader.com
I searched both these forums and Google but didn't get that much help. I read from a few sources that we should try and avoid this particular site if possible. I found a great deal on a 08 328i in my state that I am really interested in. I don't mind signing up but am weary of the non-refundable fees. I'm not sure if it's worth 40 bucks to get just one phone number. They say the listings are updated real time and the car I want is currently available. Will it show no longer available up until the lease is assumed or when someone else is interested and has already started the process? What are the chances the deal will go through and the buyer doesn't back out?
Any personal experiences or tips using lease trader will be very appreciated. Thanks! |

i tried once, spent a bunch of money on a listing, and had absolutely 0 inquiries. i don't want to say it's a scam, but it's damn close. they sell you ad space like a dirty used car lot sells you a lemon. and for the record, i was offering tons of incentives for lease takeover.

I am in the process of assuming a lease off swapalease (I think better than leasetrader). I got unlimited access and love it! Unlimited phone numbers etc. I think its worth every penny just got a 42k car for $425/month tax included
