Lemon Law?

My buddie has an E92 335i with a 2006 build date that is starting to give him alot of shit.
When accelerating, the car jerks and seems to lose power dozens of times within a few seconds.
So far BMW has dropped the turbos and tested them, replaced the HPFP, LPFP, wastgate actuators, and the injectors (twice), but the problem is still very prevelent.

Can he claim the Lemon Law on his car? And if possible, how whould he even go about doing it?

Its all about the number of hours spent in the shop during a time period. Google for more details.
