I had high expectations for this car knowing how well Cayenne did for Porsche (financially) and I still somewhat do.

I don't like the color, front, and it just looks too long in my eyes. There is nothing about this car that catches my attention.

Initially the front-engined “family” Porsche will come on the market with an 8 cylinder 350hp engine and/or with a biturbo engine delivering 560hp. A lesser costly version will be powered by a 3.5 litre 300 HP fuel engine which is already being used in the Cayenne, four-wheel-drive is standard equipment. The top-of-the line Panamera gets the 10 cylinder 700hp engine coming from the Porsche GT

That is interesting though. 700HP 10 cylinder engine..

Well, hopefully in the coming months we will see much better spy photos. Maybe they are being really careful about anyone seeing it and that body is just a POS with the same weight to get an idea of the engine and tranny.

It's a test mule ... probably the only thing on that car that'll look anything like the production version is the drivetrain or suspension. Doubt ANY of those body panels are even close to production. Even so it's destined to be ugly. Cayenne is ugly as hell. Cayman is awful ... but I'd still buy one given the chance. Porsche designers are truely the laziest on earth.

... their one stab at avant guard was the 928 (which is one of my favs and I know I'm in the minority) and look how well that turned out for them.
