Number one, no contest! Looks very natural. I've seen a lot of celebrities that go dark, and all it does is make them look pale, and sickly. And the skunk look, is a bit trashy, IMHO. On another note, MOST women look best with long hair. So don't be fooled into a "cute" short haircut. They're usually not so cute.

2 or 4 they make your eyes pop. 1 makes your skin tone look alittle washed out. 3 looks over done, i like the more natural look. But either way your hot so it doesnt matter.
