Well that would all depend as well. An inferior lobotomy would effect social propriety, emotions, and ones sense of responsibility while a superior lesion would affect problem solving, motivation, and judgment.

True, but the point I was making is there is not a frontal lobotomy. It is a frontal lobe lobotomy. And if they used the icepick method that would be quite distressing.
