Enjoy my E36 M3 when it was stock more than my 335is on track. Now that I race the car in a series it is a blast to drive. So predictable, strong, and reliable. Very fast, fun and easy car to drive at the limit. Enjoy!

I've owned 3 e36s. None of them M models however. There is something very raw about any e36, and it's simplicity is very much welcome when wrenching on them. Congrats and enjoy!

Congratulations, I plan on doing something similar myself in a couple of years,... I need to save some money and I'll start the project. GL!

My friend has an E36 M3 track toy. We'll see how my bone stock 135i does against him this weekend at Putnam Park....probably not well, since he's a much better driver than me.
Anyways, congrats on the E36 M3, I remember lusting for that car in high school. |

I'll have it up at Nashville Super Speedway here in 2 weeks and will update with pictures. Haven't had time to really get a lot done on it yet... just the necessities (Dunlop Star Specs, oil change, brake fluid etc.)

Great looking E36..Ive always wanted one and hope to get in one this summer.. What year is yours and are there physical differences between 95 and 96+?

'95's are OBDI so they are better for swaps (easier to tune). The 95's are also 3.0L S50 engines compared to the 3.2L S52 in the 96+. Power steering has a little different ratio than the later models and other minor differences. |

Nice. Why really care about "xxx car is faster then that". There are always going to be faster cars. But, this e36 looks Cool. A little bit of $$ and you can have one of the best looking FAST cars around.
