If you look at the outline of the hood in these pics,the design looks exactly the same as the car shown in the elevator.My guess is that car is probably the new 2 series.

BMW Did away with European Delivery for all models. The program end was announced a couple months ago. Thanks 2020.

You sure this is the M2? I think the new pics are the M240 or however that goes. Just a guess based off the exhaust. All the slanted exhausts are the m40's

I think this a matter of terminology . . . I believe what I meant and what are saying are the same thing.

Let me say it differently. The taillights do not extend across the trunk line in the spy pics presented here . . . as opposed to the F87, renders presented to date, and the pic of what I presume is a 1-series in the cargo elevator.

The front (hood) may be similar, if not the same, between 2-series 'spy pics' presented here and the pic of the car in the cargo elevator.

However, the rear is clearly different between the two.

I cannot say with certainty, but I do not believe the pics in the cargo elevator represent the 2-series. . . at least not the same version as spy pics presented in this thread.

Thankfully it's not the exact same interior based off the shape where the cluster meets the iDrive screen. I sincerely hope the new 2-series doesn't get the rubber dash like the new 1 and 2GC.

9. Overall, looking more and more like the G87 M2 will be the new M4. The M4 enthusiasts want instead of what they are getting with the oversized and overdesigned G82. Wishful thinking, but it would be great if the G87 M2 could shed a couple hundred pounds over the F87.

These pics are of the regular 2 series,G42,not the new M2,G87.So it isn't a surprise that this car has the same square designed gas cap as the current 2 series.

I really like the proportions on this new 2 series.Looks very sporty and has very little wheel gap.

Is that true? I'd forgotten that, no doubt as had AVM. Regular series has a rectangle, I actually had an M240i...time flies!

I did not know that. . . I know the spy pics are not G87 M2/M2C, but did not know only ///M models get round gas lids.

The panel is covering the actual lid boundary and inner edge of the taillight.
