Interesting. I loved TBs. Good bark, juicy, and tender. I wanted to try Pecan Lodge but was told by a local their yelp ratings were inflated and Panther City who ran out of BBQ right when I got there. Any other spots you might recommend? I'm headed to Texas again in November.

Everyone's tastes are different, but I really enjoy Zimmerhanzel's Bar B Que in Smithville, TX. The BBQ is honest, and the ladies that work there are just the nicest.

Nice. When i was in college i regularly would use the same cup over and over to get Mr. Pibb. Needed the energy since i was starving. Only got caught once.

Mint, parsley, couscous (subbed for bulgur), onion, tomato, EVOO, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cumin and sumac. Served with toasted pita brushed with EVOO. Orange supremes for dessert.

A more relaxed night. Pork carnitas tacos and chorizo with a beautiful sunset. Had a fantastic espresso & americano and the girl latte was well done.
