Here's what I'm gonna be ordering in Oak Forest Green Metallic. Only change I did was add the sportdesign package. Any thoughts guys? Couldn't find a good color to do the deviated stitching on.

Blah that is supposed to be black. Thanks for catching it. That and the sport design in body color, I think it should be pretty clean.

My other color chose was Yachting blue, but I just have always wanted to do a green car.

Have you seen Aventurine Green? Looks stunning and classy to me.

Ended up with the Oak Forest green. This guy has his cab wrapped in satin PPF and it looks nuts. I think I'm going to do some bronze wheels instead of the gold but similar concept.

I've never cared much for the cabs, but seeing this makes me want one;

Yikes, not a fan. Never liked satin anything and the gold is too blingy.

Great way to ruin a 200k+ car. Simply choosing a different wheel color combo would of made it acceptable.

Money can't buy taste. Smh.

God damn I can't wait. Still haven't decided if I'm gonna matte PPF it like above. Definitely not gold wheels though, that looks gross. Black or dark bronze for me.

This is the shade of bronze I suggested to a friend of mine who just got a San Remo Green M440xi G26. He was also going to go stealth / satin ppf but I talked him out of it as the satin ppf look takes away from how green paint pops, imo.

I've given this some thought in the past and it's a valid point. Who doesn't want a manual regardless of the vehicle? The turbo S is borderline hypercar territory and as we know, hypercars don't have third pedals. With how quickly this thing spools up, folks would be constantly bouncing off the rev limiter thus hindering its performance potential. I've never driven a PDK equipped Porsche but it's been known to be connected to your brainwaves so not a bad second option.

The pdk gearbox is phenomenal. I'm a diehard manual guy (my 718 is a 6spd) but the pdk really is that good.

And from what I've heard, the coding/shift speeds get even better as you move up the model lineup with the GT RSs being the apex.

Both my 911 Targa 4S and 718 Boxster GTS 4.0 are manual, but I’d definitely buy either in PDK if they had all the other options I wanted. PDK is so instantaneous that you barely think about up or down shifting and it already does it.

This is true. There is what used to be known as PDK-S.

I think someone could make pretty good money taking the new 911 turbo to a dig only cash days 1/8 mile drag race event. I have a hard time seeing most anything staying with it, at least consistently.

If I had all the money in the world, this would be my personnel supercar. It does everything so well.

Very few vehicles out there quicker than the 911 Turbo S Lightweight.
