My wife orders from Amazon all the time.

Imagine the horror on her "sheltered life" face when one of those showed up in the summary page.

She quickly cancelled it and was beet red for days. I showed her numerous articles about how it was a "prank" being pulled on a lot of people.

I've said it before and I'll say it again.....wait till you get to know me and I'll come out of my shell.

My wife stopped looking over my shoulder or even looking at my computer screen years ago. And if she hears me laughing or giggling I get this look from her but she doesn't ask......I'll occasionally blurt out "I love the internet", that will get a head shake and she leaves the room.

I have a couple of folks I stay in contact with from when I was on the job....I'll get email from them and the subject line is "your the only person I can share this with".....

I've seen quite a few girls/women with what I believe to be their names tattooed on the back of their neck. I have to wonder the purpose. The only rational explanation is so the guy doing them from behind doesn't call the wrong name.

I'll leave now.....

I remember being told a story (might have been BS but a great illustration) of a woman who had her own name tattooed across the bottom of her back and upside down at the base of her neck...the explanation being that no matter who was there wouldn't forget who's name to call out.

Being a former tattoo artist, I want to say that most likely the name is either their childs name or a lost parent....however; there are those (that we referred to as) "The Exceptions." I once met a guy, when I was a credit manager, that had his social tattoo'd down his forearm because he could never remember it. I also had a client once that wanted me to tattoo his ex-wife's name and face on his chest as a means of trying to win her back. I declined. I always refused name tattoos unless it was a parent or childs name.
