Sometimes chocolate is the way to fly.

Chocolate torte (restaurant). Flavor and texture were great. Whipped cream was unnecessary, flaccid and didn’t add anything.

Oven shut itself off midway through making sheet pan pizzas (cheese / pepperoni) for tonight / this weekend.

Managed fo salvage them but crust will be better on re-heating.

Third or fourth time it does this but it is pretty sporadic. I think it’s some type of door sensor - shitty GE oven. Haven’t done anything about it but suppose I should research it further and see if I can fix it myself. A new kitchen is gonna happen at some point so I haven’t wanted to invest much time or effort in it. Turned breaker off, let it sit for a bit and then turned breaker back on. That resolved it and I turned it back on but by then it messed up temp needed for crispy crust. Still turned out ok just not great.
