Haha i too returned yesterday after 2 weeks off, mainly due to all the snow and my membership expiring.

Billup what are/is your goal? If you focus on a goal you'll be more motivated.

I just want to get more defined again. I'm starting to get cut as far as my abs, arms, and back go but the fact that I'm inconsistent with getting in the gym, it's making results take that much longer.

I usually have a buddy that goes with me to call me a pussy and call me out, which usually pushes me harder, but sometimes our schedules don't line up and I have to go alone.

I've always gone to the gym alone. None of my friends live close to me. I motivate myself. I don't stay long in the gym. Usually 30min. 45mins is my max and i'm out.

The thought of working out for hours makes me loose motivation. It's just very exhausting and painful to think of. So whenever i remember that i'll only be working out for 30min... all of a sudden i feel greatly inspired to go to the gym and lift up that entire shit.

I do 45 minute sessions, but I go hard the entire time. A few breaks to recoup on water and I'm back at it. I couldn't stay longer than an hour, 30 minutes to 45 minutes a day is plenty enough to get the results you need.

Who's complaining about pain? Some weeks I just don't have time, and I'm sure as hell not going to stay at the plant any longer than I have to at the end of the day.

I came from a very skinny family. My Dads side is very very skinny and tall. I have very skinny genetics. My body is weird. If i missed one meal or worked out 1 minute too long, i drop a lot of weight. It's very frustrating especially when i'm trying to bulk up.

I came from a very skinny family. My Dads side is very very skinny and tall. I have very skinny genetics. My body is weird. If i missed one meal or worked out 1 minute too long, i drop a lot of weight. It's very frustrating especially when i'm trying to bulk up.

But i have reached success in bulking, i'm now solid 197lbs (6ft). I'm now gradually cutting of some fat, i wanna be at 11% body fat.
But i have to be very careful because too much workout will cause me to lose weight. And it takes me a while to gain it back.

Shit, my dad is 6'3'' and I'm 5'8''. He was a football/hockey/field&track and all that shit in highschool, always a big dude..., then there's me. Like a smaller version, but much cooler.

I think for me its partial genes, and partial my calorie intake. I have suppliers that take me out to lunch sometimes 3x a week, so I usually try to go with a salad with salmon or if I get a sandwich I'll get it with a side salad. Never eat fast food.

My weight is pretty consistent, but since I've been working out more, I've gained about 5lbs.

So is this the new Sedan Clan's workout thread?

After I give them my membership number at the door, I usually say less than 3 words to anyone. 1 hour and I'm gone. Usually 4 groupings, 4 sets of 12 on wherever I'm at. Last night since I did legs, I only got 3 groupings, but everything had at least 5 sets. I needed someone to bring me a cup of (decaf) coffee this morning, I didn't want to get out of the chair.

I've been under 200 for 2 weeks now. Target is 180-something at 5' 93/4. Groupon had a test boost so I ordered to try for the first time (48 yo geezer) Still waiting on delivery

This is OT, so I'm pretty sure thread titles are completely irrelevant at some point, so fuck it. This is the new trainer thread because Squishy made his return with some dudebro comments.


Besides, I already made a depiction of last week that was extraordinary, so I kind of had a feeling the rest of the week would be pretty leveled.

i saw this hot chick working out today. She looks like one of the girls in the workout videos. She was wearing tight leggings doing wide stance squats in front of me while I was on the seated row machine. Then when I turned around to hop on lat pull downs she was opening and closing her legs on that leg machine thingamajig. I think her camel toe was winking at me..
