Haha i too returned yesterday after 2 weeks off, mainly due to all the snow and my membership expiring.
Billup what are/is your goal? If you focus on a goal you'll be more motivated.

Jesus dudes, the pain is how you grow and build muscle! 30 minutes my ass, it takes me 30 minutes just to warm up... Haven't missed a beat, been going to the gym at least 5-6 times a week since I started lifting back in August |

Yes i'm Black although my great grand mother was White. lol. She was the early settlers in Africa in the 1800's. My grand father was like Barack Obama, Half Black Half White, then my father was about 25% then me but i look 100% Black and i call myself 100% black. Ya dig what am sayin?
But i have reached success in bulking, i'm now solid 197lbs (6ft). I'm now gradually cutting of some fat, i wanna be at 11% body fat. But i have to be very careful because too much workout will cause me to lose weight. And it takes me a while to gain it back.

I have suppliers that take me out to lunch sometimes 3x a week, so I usually try to go with a salad with salmon or if I get a sandwich I'll get it with a side salad. Never eat fast food. My weight is pretty consistent, but since I've been working out more, I've gained about 5lbs. |

So is this the new Sedan Clan's workout thread?
After I give them my membership number at the door, I usually say less than 3 words to anyone. 1 hour and I'm gone. Usually 4 groupings, 4 sets of 12 on wherever I'm at. Last night since I did legs, I only got 3 groupings, but everything had at least 5 sets. I needed someone to bring me a cup of (decaf) coffee this morning, I didn't want to get out of the chair. I've been under 200 for 2 weeks now. Target is 180-something at 5' 93/4. Groupon had a test boost so I ordered to try for the first time (48 yo geezer) Still waiting on delivery |

i saw this hot chick working out today. She looks like one of the girls in the workout videos. She was wearing tight leggings doing wide stance squats in front of me while I was on the seated row machine. Then when I turned around to hop on lat pull downs she was opening and closing her legs on that leg machine thingamajig. I think her camel toe was winking at me..
