It's been sunny, dry, and cold here this week. After the last six weeks, two out of three isn't bad at all.

I much prefer 22° and sunny over 33° and drizzling; and if there's no breeze or wind, it's pretty nice to be out in.

I have a rule. 43 degrees or more ABOVE zero F for any trips to the hot tub... I can't even fathom that run!

We had clearing winds after teh brief sprinkle overnight Sunday. About 2:30 I went over and helped my brother strip some posts in the entryway, that faces directly into the prevailing west winds. Shorts, but I'm damn glad I brought a sweatshirt too.

He treated me to dinner after about 2.5 hours of work. We both had red, wind-burned looking bald heads

Today, I really need some lip-ice

Sub zero now and we had no gas central heating over the weekend due to a 'motorised diverter valve' failure so had to use electric panel heaters until it was fixed today.
