This comment has bad timing considering the news story just last week where a guy pulled a pistol away from a police officer and started shooting at her. This isn't unheard of.

It happened to me twice, I never lost control of the gun, but it was a fight for my life both times. There was a time when most officers who were shot to death were killed with their own gun.

Hi everyone.First visit on here and got to say feel for you police guys. That vid of female officer being attacked by maniac who gets her gun must send a chill even to the hardest officer.
Me and my son belong to a gun club over here though 'proper' pistols are not allowed by law just some pirate type gun shooting ball bearings.Pistols were banned altogether in '97 after the Dunblane massacre.

My G42 started stove piping. When I first got it it stove piped 10 percent of the time After a couple hundred rounds it was fine. I
Has well over 5k rounds through it. I will replace the spring g. But I doubt it's that. The ammo is Lawman. The problem only showed up after a couple boxes. I maintain a pistol really shoot anything.

I'll have to carry my G43 for now

Put this together on the cheap using mostly Spike's Tactical for the guts. I think all in including the Romeo 5 ran me just a bit under $1k for a nice "pistol" in .300 Blackout. It's so compact I might keep it in my car lol.

I picked up my PCC yesterday. I went with the CZ Scorpio Evo 3 carbine. I got the one with the compensator because I hate the fake suppressor.

I have not shot it yet, but just with a bit of dry fire the trigger is not great, I got a spring kit for it, and a new trigger that changes the geometry of the pull. I’ll do the springs and a bit of polishing before I change the trigger itself.

Yup, all that helps for sure. Don't expect "premium AR drop-in trigger" performance, but it'll definitely end up better than stock.

I know, unfortunately, as I am a bit of a trigger snob

but this will be a fun toy, and I haven’t had a reason to use my polishing stones since I built my 1911

Definitely a very good candidate for a binary swap...looks like a lot of fun from the vids Iv'e seen and it doesn't look like you give up much if anything in terms of trigger feel, etc.

Use of tools you buy is always a fun reason to do the work.

Pretty much all my rifles have Geissele triggers. Love them. Costly.. but as mention I love them.

In the end it's the shooter that makes the accuracy. After all the training classes I've taken for the carbine, I've been able to shoot pretty accurately without depending on having a great trigger.

I have a couple Geissele triggers and some Timney, different, but equally good.

A good trigger makes a huge difference, and its fun to change parts. Legos for big kids!

I've only played with Timney at Shot Show and Triggrcon. Seemed like a decent trigger. Never did a live fire of it.

Fired some with Hyperfire and some of them were decent but their lower product line was awful.

CMMG had a decent one too, but when an adjustment screw was tighten too tight, it acted like a binary trigger. Don't think they are producing these anymore. (11 years ago)

Knight's Armament has a decent 2 stage trigger, it came in my SR-25. Though I liked it, I moved the trigger to another AR and put in a Geissele DMR 2 stage trigger in. With the Geissele, it groups less than a 0.5" at 100 yards with GMM 175gr ammo.

Never cared for the Rock River Arms 2 stage trigger. I've always heard with a little work, it could be really good.

BTW when I say decent, I am typically talking about the crispness of the break.
