No no porridge if cooked right is soft,I cook it with half milk and half water it's important to keep stirring it and reduce heat.

Weetabix on the other hand you wait a few minutes after pouring milk on them then they go soft.

This is some of the best tea there is IMHO. Bought this when we were in Paris a couple of times.
