I have both but haven’t tried the Single Malt yet. A good friend of mine told me the Single Malt was much better than the Grain, but we all know how that goes. Example, I love Yellow Spot and you or someone else on here said they like the Green better than the Yellow. Either way, I hope he’s right because the Single Malt seems to be more available, I’m sure they’re both good.

Yeah was me that thought I liked the green better. It changes all the time. Had a quick taste of the single malt. Wasnt initially a big fan will have to try again.

The single grain was really good in my opinion, but I'm just getting into trying different types/brands of whiskey so I doubt I really know much. Very smooth.

It was good to meet you. Good snag on the EH! Unfortunately, they are hard to find at retail.

On a side note - I was able to get a Stagg Jr. yesterday at retail so I'll stop bugging you for yours.

EHT Small Batch should not be difficult to find at retail in most areas. I know there are pockets of the country where certain things are harder to find than others. Asking around or joining a whiskey group can help source a lot of things with minimal effort from my experience.

Yeah key word is "should" but these are crazy times we live in. I'm in various Facebook groups for whiskey and I see the Small Batch a lot, but it's the secondary market and people are wanting ~$60 secondary value down here in Texas.

You're not in the right kind of whiskey group. There are buy/sell pages that do secondary markets and then there are whiskey appreciation groups where people mule and generally only ask for cost. The main one I am part of will kick any member trying to sell for secondary prices even if in a different group. The group is large and most people really do go out of their way to help the other members out when possible.

Yeah you have a decent point. One group I'm in is for posting pictures of local shelves to let people know where to get the good stuff. Got a Stagg Jr. and OWA store pick yesterday from there.

Currently into Black label while thinking which Woodbridge Toilet I will pick https://bestflushingtoilet.org/woodb...piece-toilets/, just a change in pace for me.

Added a few more bottles. Stagg Jr. is currently my favorite, followed by ECBP A119, JDSBBP and OF1920. Blanton’s and Weller are my favorite lower proof whiskeys. Will open the OWA this weekend and I anticipate that being a top 3 bourbon for me.

Seems to be running $1000 on the secondary market. Was hoping to find a source for $500. If I’m going to drop 4 figures, it will be on a bottle of Louis XIII.
