Do showings on the weekend after 5pm on weekdays. Typically most people work during the day so it's not a big deal.

As far as getting your license, the criteria for each state is different. In IL you need to take a 45 hour course, pass with a minimum of 75% and then sit for the state licensing exam and score a 75% or higher on both the state and national sections.

Okay thanks alot... and do real estate companies hire part timers? and how do u go about finding a job? and do u make money? bc i actually thought of doin it part time as well.

19, college student, sitting on a nice nest egg right now so I don't feel the need to work. I also don't see why people waste their money on expensive cars at this age, when they aren't needed to have fun or pick up girls. And if you are picking up girls because of your car, then they are the wrong kind.

I have more fun in my friends '90 Honda Civic hatch, DIY hand grenade for a shift knob, and domino's sign always on the hood. He has a nice, fairly modded 2004 or so Chevy Silverado that's blacked out, but we always cruise around in the Honda. Always end up meeting more girls in the honda as well, and saving tons of gas.

I'll probably start trading stocks again in a few days to build up some more money.
