I got grocery advice while I was shopping and I changed my number every month after the shit got bad. My flat was broken in to, and considering the mess, we all knew who did it, we just couldn't proof anything.

I trained my dog to handle it, but then I got the flu, and an army buddy of mine moved in with me for a week to take care of me and the dog. The guy broke in again and that went badly. The two of them handled the guy well, or so we thought until a year later I started getting texts. I'm a geek so my trail in the social media is minimal, but even after moving I started receiving packets with my lost underwear in them.

I got texts like "are you sad she died or sad you'll be next?" While I attended my aunts funeral. At that point I only moved around with my army buddies with me, or with a trained dog. Hell, I trained one dog to serve the blind just so I could have one with me even in stores.

I buddy of mine broke in to the school server and dug up the info of the guy. At that point I didn't have a home, all my mail went to someone elses flats.

It stopped after I went to meet the guy my friend pointed out as the one opening my files with my dog. All was well for five years.

And then I made the mistake of filling in my new address to our (i was married and had two kids by then) first house to our mail service.

One day, a car showed up. It sat on the road and a man sat in it. I knew it was him when he took off when he saw my dog and when my husband walked out.

I can handle myself in a fight and again, my dogs are pretty epic as are my friends. But the worst part for me was that I was followed and it was claustrophobic.

My husband said to me after he heard that the guy showed up that he appreciates my canine hobby now more than ever and I should look in to asking my friend to track the second dude down again for him to visit the fucker.

Its been 14 years since all that started and I still don't own anything on paper. I don't live in the place I live on paper and my kids have extremely strict rules about strangers. This being finland, they get to go run around free but only if they have phones, and a dog with them.

Nice feeling that is. When my then boyfriend, now a husband was told how bad it was before him, our house rules have been strict.

But anyway, that's stalking.
Wasn't this a public service announcement in your country? Did you not get it?

Guys typically just fall in love with my wife.

Who can blame them... she's pretty lovable.

Love her!

Do that... seems to work.

I am not really the jealous type.

I do what I do... if she likes it she will stay... If she doesn't I will go.

Just not sure why she has stayed for so long because she is into looks and is pretty materialistic.

It was just a coincidence they ended up at the same superstore.
You notice sometimes when you flip someone off and you end up going to the same place. That's why i don't flip people off anymore.

Yeah, I saw that and I was very proud of the tax dollars spent here.

But op your wife freaking out might not be fun to watch but we women handle things by talking. I didn't talk and the guy turned me in to a hermit.

To put things in context, if we're all in college and drinking, sure things are going to happen. It's just strange that soccer moms get hit upon by strangers. I mean he would have seen the SUV and the soccer and hockey decals while following behind. Hopefully the ring business is a joke, because when you're rushing to get a toddler to preschool and feed him before drop-off, hey, it happens.

JTodd: Fred always used to tell me he couldn't perform his job if he wore his ring, safety hazard, please try to understand, it might snag and that's dangerous. I said, "But you're a cashier?"
Might leave a scrape on the shaft. No one wants that.

Guess he never thought how my fiancé felt with him showing up at her school, work, and house. Flipping the tables on em is usually enough to end it

Humans work by intimidation. Like when that dude told me I couldn't park in front of his house--he took a calculated risk. If he intimidated me, I would never park there again, and this could be a 1-5-10 yr. thing. He just didn't bet on me slamming it into R, parking right where he said not to, and standing up to him. Been parking in front of his house for 7 years now. Other than the 328i rental having all 4 valve caps missing, nothing has ever happened. I'm sure he remembers the incident but doesn't do anything else about it. His wife is even friendly.

But as we continue to age, there are times I tell myself better to avoid confrontation. A 19 y.o. USC linebacker could probably put a serious hurtin' on me now, whereas when I was 19, doubtful.
