I wouldn't even want to go though the checkout aisle with those and if someone is popping a couple hundred at a time, doubtful they would wait for delivery by ordering online.

Aside from abuse, why would anyone need 200? Seriously. If a family of four has so much diarrhea that they go through 200 of these before they expire (or even after they expire) I think they need medical attention, not to mention a cleaning service and some kind of medicated ass wipes.
