Dude...it's only if you touch raw pork and then don't wash and bring the fingers to your lips / touch it to food that you eat directly.

just cook it all the way through and you'll be fine. i'd take my chances with a fully cooked pork chopped before I would with sushi. They say it is relatively safe but gastroenterologists have seen a rise in people with tapeworms along with the rise in popularity of sushi. Coincidence?

yeah i know... your supposed to wash your hands after you touch any kind of raw meat... but it's just scary
