G90 @ 9% Off MSRP
Broker posted this on Leasehkr. Didn't think this would happen so quickly

I just got back this afternoon with my M5. Went over the border into WI and picked up a HEA all cash for 4% off MSRP. My local original order has been stuck in QC for 1.5 months now with no light at the end of the tunnel. They got me to switch over by making it worth my while. They said it's the first M5 sold in WI. It's also end of year sales. Every dealership for the next few weeks is going to push products to meet end-of-year sales goals. Some may lose money on a transaction to do it. December is the month to buy, next month discounts and incentives will dramatically soften. Last edited by DocWeatherington; 12-15-2024 at 05:28 AM.. |

There were a couple available. I went with Brooklyn grey and red/black interior with black wheels.

I don't have a lease payment. I paid cash for the car and got the 4% off MSRP. Pretty sure the market in northern Wisconsin isn't hot for M5s. They did ask me to help them out a bit by buying the maintenance package for 1k. Was glad to since I intended to buy anyway. I couldn't find anyone in IL to go below MSRP. In fact, some sold for 10k over which is crazy to me. |

Have done a few Leasehackr deals and by far the easiest automotive transactions I have ever done. If you are in the market I would not hesitate to check out one of their brokers.

I’m being quoted as follows: The cost-of-service pack is €3,432 (US$3650). It covers engine services and brake fluid services for 5yr or 100,000km (62,500 miles)

Bacon is a good guy, super fast on email during his business hours. We couldn't match up on his inventory but if anyone is considering - worth a look.

(Edit)I got 3.5% off msrp plus delivery fee covered from Bimmerdavid(David Aviles) but he ditched me so technically there was no deal. He called me last week that he had a production number so I placed the deposit the next day. After I made the deposit he wouldn’t give me the production number and wouldn’t answer my calls. Later in the evening he calls me and says that it went into production already before I placed my deposit. He told me he gave the very same production number to someone else because I didn’t pay the deposit right away that day but paid the next day. Even if I gave him my word he did not wait for me or at least show any courtesy to call me and let me know to put the deposit as soon as possible. I asked for the refund because he gave the production number to someone else and that was it. He didn’t even follow up. I am suspecting there was another person that he could sell without any discount so he ditched me and gave the production number to that guy instead. He says he’s the m guy but come on. I had the worst car buying experience with him for the past 10years. Will never buy through him but also I will alert all my network and connections of this bad experience and disappointment.

If brokers are offering 9 percent off….then you obviously didn’t get that good of a deal if you got anything less.
Anything else they tell you to justify not giving you that much is dealer-speak (AKA BS).

They charged me IL tax and $200 to process the IL paperwork for plates, registration, etc. I do know for some states including WI they require some wet signatures which means you need to be in person to complete the deal.

Well, the site clearly states it's prices are lease only. They don't focus on purchases. You ain't gonna get 9% if you ask for all cash.

Leasehackr is finance or lease. They don’t care as the just move a ton of cars a month. I only buy using Leasehackr brokers and have done both lease and purchase.
