I changed K and L keys on my co-workers keyboard once and let a friend of mine in desktop support know. So when the dude came to the desktop support to get a new keyboard,

haha thats fucking awesome... hes in the IT department so I hope he doesnt look at his keyboard to type though

I used to have a small app called 'trembler' that basically let you set how much you wanted the mouse pointer to jitter. Save it to a discreet spot on a co-worker's HD, add a set it to run at startup, and watch your co-worker go insane. Of course, anyone even semi-computer savy would know to go to the task manager and look for an odd process running...

Sometimes setting a screen shot of their desktop (complete w/ shortcuts) as their wallpaper and then hiding all their desktop shortcuts and the start bar works.

Semi-devious is to set the auto-correct function in MS Word to replace certain words automatically. Kinda have to be careful with how far you take it, though.....and also to not forget what you set up.
